Who we are

Anjung Talent is operated by the agency as the data user under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, phone, password stored only as a secure hash) to give you an account and keep it safe.
• Talent profile data (photos, video, measurements, social handles, community work, media reach), given voluntarily, so the agency can represent you, show your profile and rank it.
• Votes, linked to your account ID and never shown with your name, to run fair rounds.
• Security and usage records (IP address, approximate location, device, browser, pages visited, sign-in times) to protect accounts, detect abuse and understand how the site is used.

Who can see it

Live talent profiles are public within the app. Contracts and earnings are visible only to the talent concerned and agency staff. Security records are visible only to agency administrators.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in the agency's database and files on Cloudflare R2. Emails are sent through our email provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, including your profile, applications, RSVPs and contracts. Talents under 18 need written guardian consent before their profile is approved.
